Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring that our fleet—comprised of tractors, trailers, and forklifts—operates efficiently and safely. Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring effective maintenance and repair of fleet equipment.
Maintain the overall health and safety of our vehicles and equipment.
Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Make timely and sound decisions, especially under pressure.
Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor progress.
Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
Coach and develop technicians, fostering growth and a commitment to quality.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and services.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience with tractors, trailers, or forklifts (required).
Mechanical Knowledge: At least 1 additional year of general mechanical understanding (preferred).
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required); technical training (preferred).
