Bachelor’s degree in finance, financial planning, or a related field.
CFP® designation required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing client relationships in financial planning or investment advisory.
Strong understanding of custodial platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and financial planning tools.
Expertise in financial planning, especially in complex client situations.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills—you’re confident, calm, and empathetic in any client-facing situation.
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and anticipate potential issues.
A client-first mindset, high level of emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
A growth-oriented, proactive approach—you’re driven to master your craft, continuously improve, and elevate the client experience.
If you're a dedicated financial professional seeking a purpose-driven firm where you can make a lasting impact, we’d love to meet you.
