We are a rapidly growing Plaintiff’s Elder Abuse & Personal Injury law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, dedicated to advocating for vulnerable individuals and holding negligent parties accountable. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Elder Abuse & Personal Injury Attorney Associate to join our team. This role is an opportunity for a passionate litigator who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while growing within a supportive and dynamic legal environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Elder Abuse law and be prepared to handle a fast-paced caseload of elder abuse and personal injury cases. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout California to attend court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and depositions.
Prior Elder Abuse law experience is required, but we are willing to provide full training in Personal Injury law if needed.
Note: Both Plaintiff and Defense attorneys will be considered for this position. All applications will be handled confidentially, particularly for defense attorneys looking to transition to plaintiff work.
