Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated tax professionals to deliver quality tax services.
- Prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns, including:
- Partnerships (LLP, LLC), C-Corps, S-Corps, Estates, and Trusts.
- Assist in tax planning and income tax projections for clients.
- Conduct tax research and apply findings to complex client scenarios.
- Utilize technology and workflow management systems to improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred or in progress.
- At least 5 years of tax preparation experience.
- Expertise in preparing individual, trust, and pass-through entity tax returns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in tax compliance.
- Experience working in a paperless office environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex spreadsheets and formulas.
- CCH ProSystem FX Tax software proficiency required.
- Passion for learning, staying current on tax laws, and increasing technical expertise.

- Tax Season Bonus – Opportunity to earn up to $5,000 per year.
