Position Details: Experienced Trial Attorney

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join a top-tier boutique real estate law firm in New York City. This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary range of $200,000-$300,000, plus significant earning potential through a unique revenue-sharing program.

As a Trial Attorney, you will handle complex real estate litigation cases from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, researching and drafting motions, arguing in court, and managing cases through trial and appeal. You must have a strong track record in state Supreme Court and excellent writing skills. Confidence in court and the ability to work independently are essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in real estate litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial.

• A proven ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents.

• Strong research skills and attention to detail.

• Confidence in court and the ability to argue motions effectively.

This role offers unlimited growth potential. The firm’s revenue-sharing plan allows you to earn one-third of the revenue collected from your billed hours, plus bonuses for bringing in new clients. There are no minimum billing requirements, and the earning potential is uncapped.
